Reworking a familiar deck chair into something with a more contemporary finish.
The classic deck chair is comfortable but visually dated — most versions haven't moved past the same slatted-wood look in decades.
Kept the folding mechanics that make the form work, and rebuilt the materials and proportions around a quieter, more contemporary finish.
